We loved staying in this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and we really appreciated having a spacious room. The location was an absolute highlight, with everything just a stone's throw away. We loved the fact that it was right in the city center and very close to all the historical landmarks. Moreover, there were great bars and nightclubs just next door, which made for a fantastic night out. The staff were very welcoming, always eager to help and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Additionally, the breakfast here was amazing, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in this city.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Great location, with easy access to bars and restaurants. The room was decent in size and the shower pressure was strong which helped me a lot. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable and could provide helpful information when asked. There was also a map available in the room to help guide you around the city. The internet connection was good, which is great when you have to deal with work-related stuff while on the road.
There were some drawbacks, however. The air conditioner in my room worked great but was a bit noisy.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money is fantastic. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities, including a private bathroom with a shower. The attention to detail in the room was impressive, with everything well-equipped and thoughtfully arranged. Secondly, the location is perfect. It's right in the heart of the old city, surrounded by cafes and bars that stay open late at night. Being in such a vibrant area added to the overall experience of staying here. Lastly, the staff were amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Their hospitality truly made a difference and I can't wait to stay here again on my next visit.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the old city. The location was superb, with all the main landmarks, cafes, restaurants, and shopping streets just a two-minute walk away. I loved being surrounded by the vibrant atmosphere of the party area, and there were plenty of bars and restaurants right on the block. Despite this, the hotel itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, allowing for a restful sleep. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided. I also appreciated the value for money, with a delicious breakfast included in the price.

The hostel's prime location in the heart of the city center puts guests right next to the bustling bazaar in the old town and surrounded by popular bars frequented by locals. the rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious with storage for clothing. the hostel also offers free wifi and computers to use.
While some guests have praised the availability of breakfast, others have found it simplistic and not worth the extra cost.

Stayed over Thanksgiving and loved the complementary pumpkin pie and turkey sandwiches given by the hotel. the location was great, very close to the city center and all the tourist attractions.
The bathrooms did not have locks and were shared by a lot of guests, so we had to wait in line to use them. the breakfast was very limited and not enjoyable.

The staff at the hostel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. They offered a fascinating tour of the city, sharing their personal experiences and knowledge of Bosnian history. the location of the hostel was ideal, situated in the heart of the historical center and within easy reach of all the major attractions. It was also surrounded by great restaurants, offering tasty and budget-friendly options.
The room we stayed in was not as advertised, which was a bit disappointing. the bed was replaced with a couch, and the room itself was small and not very comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful hospitality at Residence. The owner personally picked me up from the train station, which was a lovely gesture. The location of the hostel couldn't be better - it's right in the heart of the city. The common room/lounge was incredibly homely and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Plus, the fully equipped kitchen made me feel like I was right at home. The breakfast, though simple, was nice and satisfying. The Sarajevo tour offered by the owner was a truly eye-opening experience, providing unique insights into the city's history. I do have to mention that the noise from the nearby bar can be a bit bothersome, but earplugs easily solved the issue. I highly recommend Residence for its warm atmosphere, cleanliness, and unbeatable location.
